The profile now separates the administrative band (small possession 20–30 calculation units, small cultivation 10–20) from the criminal bands, adds hemp, driving, arrest and death-penalty sections, and records the National List's exclusion of cannabis from medical use. Possession moves from 0 to 2 and cultivation from 0 to 2, with a scored 2009 entry for the administrative code; the gram and plant lines remain caveated because they come from a 2023 Justice Ministry draft rather than the gazetted annex.
