The Drug Control Agency reported 5,280 kg of drugs seized in 2025, 21% more than in 2024, and 1,003 drug-related crimes, 164 fewer than the year before. It dismantled 44 groups involving 88 people and sent 132 cases against 180 people to court. As of 1 January 2026, 4,004 people were registered as drug-dependent.[1][2]
