The profile now separates the administrative band (small possession 20–30 calculation units, small cultivation 10–20) from the criminal bands, adds hemp, driving, arrest and death-penalty sections, and records the National List's exclusion of cannabis from medical use. Possession moves from 0 to 2 and cultivation from 0 to 2, with a scored 2009 entry for the administrative code; the gram and plant lines remain caveated because they come from a 2023 Justice Ministry draft rather than the gazetted annex. Fifteen entries cover 1961–2026. + +## Result + +All five countries were expanded and committed separately: Turkmenistan `872b57d`, Kazakhstan `799f147`, Uzbekistan `ceb4906`, Kyrgyzstan `10fcceb` and Tajikistan `d50e831`. Each profile passes `profile-audit` with zero errors and warnings and has no missing standard or researched sections, penalty tables or inline citations. Targeted `build-pages.mjs` runs rendered the country and new history pages; `npm test` passes. The main open data caveats are the unpublished Turkmen quantity thresholds, the sub-0.5 g gap in Kazakhstan, the unverified Tajik gram and plant lines and the all-drug rather than cannabis-specific enforcement totals in several countries.
