A June 2013 amendment removed confiscation from the sentencing clauses of several drug offences, including supply, especially large possession, theft and cultivation. The prison terms stayed the same: up to 20 years for aggravated supply and up to 12 for especially large possession or cultivation. The change is visible by comparing the 2011 and 2025 consolidations of the code.[1][2]
