Tajikistan extends drug offences to chemical analogues

A Criminal Code amendment extended drug offences to analogues of controlled drugs, according to the code’s amendment notes.[1] The updated offences covered possession without intent to supply, supply and premises for consumption; analogue quantities were linked to the corresponding controlled substance’s bands.[1] The separate quantity annex was replaced in 2023.[1]
