Indonesia's Supreme Court issues rehabilitation guidance
A Supreme Court circular told judges when drug users could be placed in medical and social rehabilitation. Its indicators included no evidence of dealing and no more than 5 g of cannabis at arrest, but the guidance did not decriminalise possession or guarantee diversion.
