After board members each planted one seed in a shared container in May 2008, the Antwerp local court convicted the club's president for apology for drug use with a fine and community service. On appeal the court ruled the actions were not meant to incite others to use, acquitting the club for the second time and treating pooled one-plant growing as fitting the 2005 ministerial guideline.[1][2]
