Belgium fixes the limit at 3 g or one plant
After the Constitutional Court struck out part of the 2003 law as too vague, a joint directive of the justice minister and prosecutors set a clear line: up to 3 g or one plant, held by an adult without nuisance, gets only a simplified police record.
