Belgium replaces its 1930 narcotics order

A royal decree on narcotic and psychotropic substances repealed the royal order of 31 December 1930 and the 1998 order on psychotropics. It states that growing cannabis plants is prohibited and cannot be authorised, and keeps possession and growing for personal use under the lighter penalties of the 1921 law.[1]
