The 2025 drug situation report recorded 27,000 drug crime cases, 41,000 suspects and 33.5 tonnes of drugs seized, with 134,000 users handled. It counted 15,000 existing cannabis users at the end of 2025, down 4.7%, and 3,000 cannabis users punished during the year, down 30.2%. Of 20.5 tonnes seized from foreign sources, the report named methamphetamine, heroin and cannabis as the main types.[1]
