Tightening 🇨🇳 China

China closes the HHC loophole

From 1 July 2025, an announcement adding nizines, trifluoroetomidate and 12 other substances to the non-medical narcotic drug supplement catalogue also covered hexahydrocannabinol (HHC). HHC is a semi-synthetic cannabinoid; the 2025 edition of the non-medical catalogue lists it with natural cannabis, resin, extracts, dronabinol and delta-9 THC. The change puts HHC products in the same controlled category as other non-medical narcotics.[1][2]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for China here.
