Tightening 🏳️ Abkhazia

Abkhazia sets its first cannabis quantity thresholds

The cabinet set drug quantity thresholds in May 2007, effective 1 June. For cannabis, 3 g counted as a large amount and 100 g as especially large; for hashish, the limits were 2 g and 25 g. A cannabis crop of 15 plants counted as large, while 20 poppy plants did. These limits decided which tier of the new criminal code applied, and were replaced in 2013.[1]
