In July 2013 the cabinet changed the amounts that sent cannabis cases into the aggravated tiers. A large amount rose from 3 g to 4 g, but the especially large threshold fell from 100 g to 50 g, so 50–99 g moved into the top tier. The large cannabis crop fell from 15 plants to five, meaning five plants could draw ten to twelve years; hashish stayed at 2 g and 25 g. The plant threshold remained in force until the 2026 reform; the weight thresholds still apply.[1]
