Madagascar lists cannabis in Table I with no medical interest

Health order 14571/2013 put cannabis and cannabis resin in Table I, described as high-risk and without medical interest, repeated the ban on cultivating the plant and banned all dealings in Table I and II plants. The list remains the operative schedule under the 1997 law and explains why no medical, hemp or research route exists.[1]
