Vermont allows temporary cannabis sales events with no on-site consumption

A two-year pilot lets the Cannabis Control Board issue up to ten public-event permits annually to licensed retailers in good standing. Events need municipal approval, access control and security and sales plans; a permit lasts no more than twenty-four hours. Cannabis consumption at the event is prohibited, and the Board must adopt implementing procedures after public hearings.[1]
