Residents aged 21 or older may hold 60 g of flower, 10 g of concentrate and infused products with 1,000 mg THC; visitors have half those limits. The three caps are cumulative. Public Act 104-0463 doubled the previous amounts from 12 June 2026.[1] The regulator also confirms that genuine gifts between adults are lawful within possession limits.[2]
