According to the Cannabis Control Authority's implementation notice, products containing more than two milligrams of total THC per package could no longer be produced or sold as hemp products from 15 August. The change removed the exception based on a CBD-to-THC ratio of 25 to one. It concerns the hemp-product market, not a new adult-use flower possession limit.[1]
