Morocco says its medical cannabis is ready, but doctors still hesitate

At the first scientific day on therapeutic cannabis in Casablanca, the head of the cannabis agency said more than 140 cannabis-based products had been made by Moroccan industry and registered with the medicines agency. He described the legal framework and the product range as ready. The agency's own account of the event said the remaining task was to persuade doctors to prescribe the medicines. The event followed a March agreement between the medicines agency and the cannabis regulator on registration procedures.[1][2]
