Authorised CBD products reach Moroccan pharmacies

From 1 June 2024 authorised CBD products went on sale in Moroccan pharmacies. The cooperative Bio Cannat had registered about ten food-supplement and cosmetic products and expected around thirty more, all made with cannabis containing no THC. The launch put authorised cannabis-derived goods on pharmacy shelves, separate from the illegal market. The products were sold as supplements and cosmetics, not as a recreational supply.[1]
