A Kyrgyz politician proposes legalising cannabis
Jengishbek Nazaraliev proposed legalisation in 2014, and Tolkunbek Abdygulov suggested it for tourism in 2017. In the 1990s Felix Kulov had proposed state control of the cannabis fields. None was adopted.
