Australia's ratification of the 1961 Single Convention was extended to the Trust Territory of Nauru on 1 December 1967, effective 31 December 1967. The convention listed cannabis and cannabis resin in Schedule I and limited use to medical and scientific purposes. Nauru is not listed as a party in its own right today.[1]
