Hemp 🇰🇿 Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan revises security and testing rules for hemp farmers

The government approved revised requirements for licensed industrial-hemp fields, including site security, separation from roads and settlements, and THC checks before sowing and during growth.[1] Ordinary industrial crops need a 300-metre separation, while seed crops need two kilometres; the rules allow specified technical security systems.[1] The 0.3% dry-mass THC ceiling remains, with crops above it subject to destruction.[1] The amendment takes effect after official publication.[1]
