Newly independent Bangladesh signs an international drug agreement

Three years after independence Bangladesh signed an international anti-narcotics agreement. The ban on growing ganja that followed in 1987 is attributed to it. The licensed trade went on in the meantime: the Naogaon society built a cold store of a thousand tonnes in 1975.[1][2]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Bangladesh here.
