US Virgin Islands replace a hemp inventory freeze with a sales window

Governor Albert Bryan Jr. approved a replacement rule telling retailers to report their intoxicating-cannabinoid inventory within 60 days and sell or otherwise dispose of it within 75 days of the act’s effective date.[1] The cannabis regulator was then to plan the lawful disposal of remaining stock.[1] This replaced the January law’s ban on selling or distributing existing inventory until regulations and retail licences were in place.[2]
