Presidential Decree No. 67 amended the consolidated narcotic quantities table established under Decree No. 228 of 2011. The threshold at which unauthorised possession of dried marijuana becomes a criminal large amount under Article 226 of the Criminal Code was raised from 1.0 g to 1.5 g.[1] Quantities below 1.5 g remained subject to administrative fines or arrest under the newly enacted administrative code rather than immediate criminal prosecution.[1]
