The Czech Supreme Court lowers the threshold to 10 g
After the Constitutional Court struck down the government's table of amounts, the Supreme Court issued its own guidance for judges. For cannabis the line between an administrative offence and a crime dropped from 15 g to 10 g of dried flower. Five plants stayed the limit for growing.
