Tightening 🏳️ Transnistria

Transnistria raises the maximum for ordinary drug supply to fifteen years

The ordinary drug-supply offence, including cannabis, gained a fifteen-year prison maximum, up from twelve years; its seven-year minimum remained. The amendment also expressly covered drug analogues, substances treated like the drugs they imitate.[1][2] Signed on 29 July 2011, it took effect fourteen days after official publication; the following year parliament replaced this range with four to eight years.[1][3]
