The health department rewrote the medicine schedules for cannabis. Raw cannabis grown, held and used by an adult in private for their own consumption was exempted, as the Constitutional Court had ordered in 2018, and the old entries for cannabis in Schedule 7, the strictest, were deleted. Processed products with no more than 0.001% THC, and raw hemp for industrial use with no more than 0.2%, were exempted too.[1]
