Registered specialists can prescribe medicinal combinations of THC, CBD and other cannabinoids under a two-year pilot for registered patients, with quadruplicate prescriptions and authorised dispensing. DINAVISA’s resolution takes effect on signature and implements the Health Ministry’s exceptional-access decision, with licensed production and traceability requirements.[1]
