Tightening 🇵🇾 Paraguay

A Paraguayan woman in her sixties is jailed over two plants

The case drew public criticism. The same month a deputy, Jatar Fernández, presented a bill to authorise growing at home, and in May a Senate committee examined changing article 30 of the drug law to raise the amount allowed and permit up to three plants.[1][2]
