Hemp 🇱🇹 Lithuania

Lithuania requires hemp products sold for smoking to contain no THC

Hemp herbal smoking products must contain zero THC under the new product rules. The drug-control department says CBD smoking products can be sold when they meet that condition and the tobacco-related labelling and reporting requirements. This product rule is separate from the agricultural THC ceiling for growing fibre hemp.[1]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Lithuania here.
