Lithuania raises the hemp crop threshold to 0.3% THC

The State Plant Service dates the permission to grow hemp varieties containing up to 0.3% THC to 1 May 2023.[1] The plant threshold is distinct from the general 0.2% total-THC ceiling for finished hemp goods and lower category-specific limits.[2]

Listed for context. No score change is recorded for Lithuania here.
