The army arrested Nouh Zeaiter, a US-sanctioned Captagon and cannabis trafficker, at Kneiseh in Baalbek-Hermel. He had admitted cannabis cultivation and trafficking. The arrest was one of several against Bekaa networks in 2025.[1]
