The Health Ministry added hexahydrocannabinol (HHC), a cannabinoid, to the psychotropic schedule under the 2025 drug law. From the gazette publication on 31 May 2026, HHC and its salts and derivatives are controlled; the same decision added other new substances to the lists. Cannabis itself stayed in Group 1, with the plant at table 1, serial N1-16, and resin at N1-17.[1]
