Lyderic Morlier received nine months in prison and total fines of A$4,400 after admitting drug cultivation, prohibited import and immigration offences. The prison terms ran together, with credit for time already spent in custody.[1][2] The court also confiscated his yacht, two engines, vessel-monitoring equipment and radios under the drug law.[1]
