Other law 🇭🇷 Croatia

Croatia's first decriminalisation is struck down with the law that carried it

A large amendment to the criminal code, passed in July 2003 and due to apply from 1 December, limited the possession offence to drugs held for sale. Possession 'for one's own needs', as it was called in the debate, would have stopped being a crime, as it had not been before 1996. The Constitutional Court repealed the whole amending act, and possession stayed a crime until 2013.[1][2]
