The Comoros adopt a new Penal Code with 10 to 15 years for holding or using narcotics
Law 20-038/AU of 29 December 2020, promulgated by decree 21-018/PR of 16 February 2021, sets 10 to 15 years in prison for transporting, holding, offering, acquiring or using narcotics (Article 208), 10 to 20 years for production (Article 206) and 5 to 10 years for giving narcotics to a person for personal consumption (Article 210).
