Laws 516-VIQD and 517-VIQD of 26 April 2022 replaced the old “personal consumption amount” test with “small amount” in the administrative code and “substantial amount” in the criminal code. Possession below 5 g of dried cannabis became administrative, and the criminal article applied only from 5 g. The change was published on 20 May 2022.[1]
