The Revised Edition of the Laws of Solomon Islands, stated as in force on 1 March 1996, consolidated the 1941 regulation and its amendments as Chapter 98. The consolidation kept the cannabis offences and the two trial routes, with the penalties then in force, and gave the law the chapter number it still carries. It changed no cannabis rule.[1]
