Border officers and narcotics investigators found 1,290 cannabis blocks weighing about 391 kg in boxes containing gloves at Pasir Panjang. Their 2 October release said preliminary investigations indicated the container was transiting Singapore for another country and that investigations continued. The agencies cited the capital import/export threshold of more than 500 grams; they reported no conviction or sentence arising from the seizure.[1]
