Singapore approves its first cannabinoid medicine
Authorities allowed a girl with treatment-resistant epilepsy to receive a cannabis-derived pharmaceutical after the available registered treatments had failed. Approval was exceptional and case by case; raw cannabis and a general medical-cannabis programme remained illegal.
