Delegated Decree No. 53 of 21 March 2023 ratified, with amendments voted by the Great and General Council on 15 and 16 March, the decree of 30 December 2022 on authorisations to cultivate, process and trade cannabis, semi-finished products, flowers and cannabis- derived medicines under the 2021 medical cannabis law. Companies apply to the San Marino Cannabis Control Agency (ASCC) with the cadastral details of the site, a cultivation manual following EU good agricultural practice, staff lists and a security plan approved by the Gendarmerie command.[1]
