Law 113, approved by the Council on 18 June, allows cannabis seeds and plants to be grown in technological greenhouses and processed into medicines for medicinal or therapeutic use only. Growers, processors and traders need an authorisation from the health authority, which acts as the national cannabis control agency.[1]
