Aruba’s health minister refused Cannacrossaruba Healthy permission to grow cannabis and manufacture medicinal or supplement preparations containing controlled drugs.[1] The business had been seeking permission since 2019; its CBD-import request was conditionally refused while it was given time to submit the required documents.[1] A later court record says that refusal became final when the inspectorate did not receive the documents by the deadline.[1]
