Easing 🇷🇺 Russia

Russia makes growing up to 19 plants an administrative offence

Federal Law 87-FZ put the growing of a small number of cannabis plants under the administrative code: up to 19 bushes bring a fine or short detention, and the criminal code begins at twenty. From June 2004 the criminal threshold had been 15 plants of cultivated hemp or 50 of the wild kind.[1]
