Government Resolution 1002 fixed "significant", "large" and "especially large" amounts for the drug articles of the criminal code. For marijuana they are more than 6 g, 100 g and 100 kg; for hashish more than 2 g, 25 g and 10 kg. The cannabis plant is counted like marijuana.[1]
