Military Order No. 558 of 1975 replaced Jordan's Dangerous Drugs Law in the West Bank. It punished possession and trafficking alike with ten years in prison or a 50,000 Israeli lirot fine, or both, and it offered no treatment route for users. The order stayed in force until the PA's 2015 drug law.[1][2]
