Gaza gets a separate Egyptian narcotics law

Gaza, then under Egyptian administration, applied the Narcotics Law No. 19 of 1962. It remained the territory's drug law after the 1967 occupation and was still named in the preamble to the PA's 2015 law, which repealed it on paper. Gaza's courts later applied a separate Hamas-era law instead.[1][2]
