Mexico's Supreme Court questions the 5 g limit

In the case of a man held in 2018 with 30.6 g, the First Chamber ruled 3 to 2 that the part of Article 478 of the health law limiting the no-prosecution rule to 5 g of cannabis is unconstitutional: prosecutors and judges must look at whether the cannabis was for personal use, whatever the amount. The limit stayed in the law for everyone else.[1]
