Judiciary Police arrested a 28-year-old Taiwanese man and a 22-year-old local man after finding four cannabis plants, a portable greenhouse, a heating lamp, seeds and growing equipment in a rented flat near Tap Seac. The pair had met a year earlier, and police said they believed the plants were grown for sale. Officers came across the operation while investigating another drug case. Both men were handed to the Public Prosecutions Office on production and trafficking charges and for possessing drug-taking equipment.[1]
